Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 days
• Other Locations: 5–7 days
• International Delivery: 3–7 working days
Note: International delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and shipping process.
Orders will be dispatched only after the payment is successfully credited to our company account.
💳 Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
In rare cases, if shipping charges apply due to specific order requirements or delivery locations, the applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Delivery Attempt Policy
Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is not successful, the order may be returned to us.
Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO). In such cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
Damaged / Tampered Package
If the package appears tampered, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
Transit Damage Policy (Optional Line)
All shipments are securely packed. Any transit damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier operations, customs clearance (for international orders), and unforeseen circumstances.
