Easy Replacement Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
β’ Customized or altered sarees
β’ Sale or discounted items
β’ Products damaged due to misuse
Replacement Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery
2. Share your order details and reason for return
3. Our team will guide you through the return process
ReplacementΒ Policy
Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit (if applicable).
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges may be applicable and will be informed during the process.
Order Cancellation Policy (Order Cancellation)
β’ Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
β’ After 24 hours, the order moves into processing and cannot be cancelled.
β’ Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
β’ Customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Mandatory: A continuous, unedited Open Box Video is compulsory while receiving and opening the parcel.
Policy: Without a clear unboxing video, no complaints or claims for damages/missing items will be accepted.
Replacement: Defective or damaged products will be replaced with the same item only.
Returns: No returns or cash refunds are accepted.
Reporting: All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
