Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
International Orders
International orders are not eligible for exchange or return. Any customs duty, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer. If customs clearance is not completed, shipping charges and product payment will be non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via SMS or email, depending on the contact details provided during checkout.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
